Summary: Accountable for the day-to-day Construction execution of ISSD EPIC projects, ensuring compliance with scope, QHSE, and schedule for timely completion and handover. Highlights: 1. Supervise offshore EPIC project construction and pre-commissioning activities. 2. Ensure compliance with approved designs and QHSE requirements. 3. Interpret and review construction schedules, drawings, and method statements. Primary Purpose of the Job: Focal point, responsible, accountable for the day\-to\-day Construction execution of ISSD EPIC project both Greenfield and Brownfield. Responsible for the supervision of contractor’s site activities and construction works at both onshore and offshore to ensure compliance with approved scope, approved design, QHSE requirements, execution schedule leading to timely mechanical completion and assist in pre\-comm / comm and handover of ISSD project to asset holder. Required Experience and Skills: * Candidate should have a minimum of 12 years' overall experience in supervising of Offshore EPIC projects involving construction, installation, pre\-commissioning and mechanical completion of Topsides, Jackets, Pipeline, Umbilical and Brownfield Modifications. * Candidate must have robust experience in EPIC projects with strong capability to review/approve contractor deliverables. * Computer literate. Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent command of English Language (oral and written) * Excellent knowledge of industry engineering standards, quality control, safety and environmental awareness. * Excellent ability to interpret and review method statements, inspection and test plans, construction schedules and drawings. * Ability to highlight potential bottlenecks/problems and ability to suggest solutions. * Ability to supervise a multi\-national and multi\-cultural contractor workforce. Educational Qualifications: B.Sc. (or) B.E. in Instrumentation, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or) Petroleum Engineering discipline from a recognized University with relevant courses in Safety, Quality Control and Construction. Good skills in construction management, effective communication and conflict resolution.
