Monitor system performance and troubleshoot faults efficiently We are seeking a qualified HVAC Maintenance Engineer to join our facilities maintenance team for a multi\-storey administrative office tower. The ideal candidate will have solid hands\-on experience in operating and maintaining centralized HVAC systems in large commercial buildings. Job Responsibilities: * Operate and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems within the office tower. * Operation and maintenance of Cooling Towers. * Monitor system performance, diagnose faults, and ensure efficient operation. * Operate and maintain: * **Air\-cooled chillers (YORK, SKM – screw compressors)** * Air Handling Units (AHUs) * Operate and monitor BMS systems and troubleshoot related issues. * Troubleshoot control panels and PCB boards (an added advantage). * Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance standards within the building. Job Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC specialization). * Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC operation and maintenance for commercial buildings or office towers. * Good knowledge of ASHRAE standards and guidelines. * Experience in BMS operation and monitoring. * Good computer skills. * Good command of English, both written and spoken our email :qatarpharma974@gmail.com Job Type: Full\-time
