Role Overview The **IT Site Engineer** will be responsible for managing and supporting IT infrastructure at project sites, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical assistance to staff and systems. This role requires hands\-on technical skills, problem\-solving abilities, and the capacity to work in dynamic environments. Key Responsibilities * Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, and network systems at project sites. * Provide on\-site technical support and troubleshoot IT issues. * Ensure reliable connectivity and system availability for site operations. * Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align IT systems with project needs. * Implement IT security measures and ensure compliance with company standards. * Maintain documentation of site IT infrastructure and support activities. * Coordinate with central IT teams for system updates and integrations. * Train site staff on IT tools and best practices. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in IT support or site engineering roles. * Strong knowledge of networking, hardware installation, and system administration. * Experience with construction or engineering project environments is a plus. * Familiarity with IT security protocols and troubleshooting methodologies. * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. * Ability to work independently in fast\-paced, on\-site environments. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
