Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity **IT Support Coordinator** **Exotica IT Solutions LLC (Branch 3\) – Doha, Qatar** **Position Overview** The IT Support Coordinator is responsible for overseeing day\-to\-day technical support operations at Exotica IT Solutions LLC (Branch 3\) in Doha. This role ensures efficient handling of IT service requests, smooth coordination between users and technical teams, and timely resolution of hardware, software, and network\-related issues. The position plays a key role in maintaining IT service quality and operational continuity across the branch. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and manage incoming IT support requests via ticketing systems, email, or phone. * Prioritize, assign, and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution. * Act as the main liaison between end\-users and IT engineers or vendors. * Monitor IT systems, network performance, and escalate critical issues when necessary. * Provide first\-line technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. * Maintain accurate records of IT assets, incidents, and service history. * Assist in IT procurement coordination, including hardware/software requests and vendor communication. * Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and company procedures. * Support installation, configuration, and updates of systems and applications. * Prepare periodic reports on support performance, recurring issues, and system downtime. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk coordination. * Strong understanding of Windows/Mac OS, networking basics, and common business applications. * Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar). * Excellent communication and coordination skills. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure. * Strong problem\-solving and customer service orientation. **Preferred Skills** * Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and basic network troubleshooting. * ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage. * Experience in a multi\-branch or corporate IT environment. **Work Location** Exotica IT Solutions LLC (Branch 3\) Doha, Qatar Pay: Up to QAR640,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
