In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our staff and ensuring that all IT systems function smoothly and efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide first\-line support for hardware and software issues reported by end users. * Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals. * Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues and assist with software installations. * Document support activities and maintain an inventory of IT assets. * Collaborate with IT teams to improve performance and reliability of systems. * Train staff on basic IT protocols and assist with onboarding of new employees. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar desktop support role. * Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and basic networking principles. * Excellent problem\-solving skills and a customer\-focused attitude. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non\-technical users. **Salary:** * Competitive hourly rate ranging from **55** **\-\*** 110QAR\*, based on experience and qualifications.
