Minimize production downtime through rapid troubleshooting and proactive care **Lead Maintenance Technician (Working Lead)Role Overview** We are seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician who is both a skilled supervisor and a **dedicated hands\-on technician**. You will be responsible for the physical execution of maintenance work while leading a small team. This role covers our central factory and various retail shops across Qatar, ensuring our production lines and facilities operate at peak efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * **Active Maintenance:** Perform daily hands\-on repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance alongside your team. * **Team Leadership:** Supervise and work within a small technical crew to ensure all tasks are completed safely and on time. * **Operational Continuity:** Minimize production downtime through rapid troubleshooting and proactive machinery care. * **Branch Coordination:** Act as the main point of contact for Branch Managers to schedule onsite visits and provide status updates. * **Local Procurement:** Leverage your knowledge of the Qatar market to negotiate with external vendors for civil works, cleaning services, and spare parts. **Technical \& Administrative Skills** * **Certification:** Must hold a valid Electrical Certificate (Technician or Engineering level). * **Experience:** 5\+ years in the electrical field; **Industrial Maintenance** experience is highly preferred. * **Computer Literacy:** Microsoft Office \& email responding. * **Fault Finding:** Advanced skills in identifying electrical problems and using testing devices (Multimeters, Clamp Meters, etc.). * **Schematic Literacy:** Expert ability to read and interpret various **Electrical Diagrams**, including: * **Wiring Diagrams:** For identifying physical connections and wire routing. * **Single\-Line Diagrams (SLD):** For managing facility power distribution. **Candidate Profile** * **"Lead by Example" Mentality:** Willingness to perform technical tasks while mentoring others. * **Ambitious \& Growth\-Oriented:** A desire to grow professionally as the company expands its footprint in Qatar. * **Market Savvy:** Deep understanding of local Qatar suppliers and service providers. **What We Offer (Benefits)** * **Competitive Salary:** A attractive monthly package based on experience. * **Financial Reliability:** Guaranteed **on\-time salary payments** every month. * **Overtime Pay:** Additional compensation for all overtime hours worked beyond the standard shift ( if happened ) * **Supportive Environment:** A positive work culture that encourages growth, teamwork, and professional development.
