At SingNet Communications, you will lead network operations, oversee performance monitoring, and manage teams responsible for keeping high\-availability networks running smoothly. Salary \& Benefits * Competitive monthly salary: QAR 12,000 – 18,000 (based on experience) * Performance\-based bonuses * Health insurance coverage * Paid annual leave and public holidays * Transportation allowance or company vehicle (if applicable) * Professional training and certification support (Cisco, CCNP, CCIE, etc.) * Career growth into senior IT or telecom leadership roles Work Schedule * Full\-time position * 8–9 hours per day * 5–6 days per week * On\-call support for network incidents and escalations Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily operations of network infrastructure and systems * Ensure high availability, performance, and security of networks * Manage and support network operations teams and engineers * Monitor network performance and resolve critical incidents * Implement and maintain network policies, procedures, and standards * Coordinate with IT teams for infrastructure upgrades and deployments * Conduct root cause analysis for network outages and issues * Manage routers, switches, firewalls, and telecom systems * Plan capacity upgrades and network optimization strategies * Maintain documentation of network architecture and operations Skills for This Role * Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) * Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers * Network monitoring and troubleshooting expertise * Leadership and team management skills * Incident and problem management (ITIL knowledge preferred) * Network security principles and best practices * Vendor and stakeholder management skills * Analytical thinking and root cause analysis * Communication and coordination abilities * Experience with Cisco or similar networking technologies Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field * Proven experience in network operations or IT infrastructure management * Strong hands\-on experience with enterprise or telecom networks * Leadership experience managing technical teams * Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are an advantage * Ability to manage high\-pressure network environments About the Company **SingNet Communications** is a telecommunications and network services provider in Qatar specializing in enterprise connectivity, infrastructure management, and network operations.
