Gather customer and market insights to prioritize features Lead the full product lifecycle for one or more products in the Qatar market: define strategy and roadmap, gather customer and market insights, prioritize features, and work with engineering, design, and go\-to\-market teams to deliver products that meet business goals and customer needs. Key responsibilities Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives and market needs. Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize backlog based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility. Work closely with engineering and design to drive delivery, ensure quality, and unblock teams. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations on launches, positioning, and go\-to\-market activities. Define and track product KPIs (activation, retention, engagement, revenue) and iterate based on data. Manage stakeholders and communicate progress, trade\-offs, and outcomes to leadership. Support user testing, beta programs, and post\-launch analysis to optimize product performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or technical master’s is a plus. 3–5 years product management experience; experience in SaaS, mobile, or digital platforms preferred. Proven ability to deliver product features from concept to launch in cross\-functional teams. Strong analytical skills and experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with agile development processes and tools (JIRA, Confluence). English required; Arabic is a plus. Experience in GCC/MENA markets preferred but not required.
