Long-term career growth opportunities **Job Description:** We are hiring a **Senior L2 Support Engineer** to join a leading global organization delivering advanced **Digital Identity \& Trust Services** solutions in Qatar. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring system stability, performance, and continuous operation of mission\-critical platforms within a complex distributed environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide Level 2 support for incidents and service requests within SLA * Troubleshoot complex issues across applications, systems, and infrastructure * Perform daily system maintenance to ensure maximum uptime * Escalate critical issues to L3 teams when necessary * Maintain accurate incident logs and technical documentation * Support KPI reporting and operational analysis * Participate in system integration, deployment, and migration activities * Work in a 24/7 shift environment * Train users and internal teams when required **Requirements:** * 7–8 years of experience in Application / L2 Support * Strong experience in **Linux (RedHat)** and **Windows environments** * Proven ability to troubleshoot in distributed systems * Experience in customer\-facing technical support roles * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent * Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) **Technical Skills:** * Java \& .NET (C\#, .NET Core, APIs, MVC) * REST APIs, Web Services, SoapUI, HTML/CSS, JavaScript * Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices architecture * Identity \& Access Management (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID) * Middleware: JBoss, WildFly, Tomcat * Web Servers: IIS, Apache * Active Directory \& LDAP **Nice to Have:** * CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven) * Databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) * VMware, SAN, Backup solutions * Mobile app support (iOS / Android) * HSM knowledge **Salary \& Benefits:** * Salary up to **11,000 SAR/month based on experince** * Competitive benefits package * Opportunity to work on high\-impact, enterprise\-level systems * Long\-term career growth opportunities Pay: QAR9,000\.00 \- QAR11,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Can you walk me through how you handle a P1 critical incident from detection to resolution? * What are the steps you follow to troubleshoot a high CPU or memory issue on Linux (RedHat)? * Have you investigated or resolved issues in Kubernetes pods (CrashLoopBackOff / Pending / Restarting)?
