We are looking for an experienced **Storekeeper** with strong exposure to the **MEP (Mechanical, Electrical \& Plumbing) sector** to manage site/store inventory efficiently. The ideal candidate must have **a minimum of 3 years of Qatar experience** in MEP or facility management projects and be familiar with material handling, documentation, and coordination with site teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage day\-to\-day **store operations for MEP materials** * Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against delivery notes and purchase orders * Maintain accurate records of **material receipt, issue, and stock balance** * Issue materials to site teams as per approved material requisitions * Ensure proper **storage, labeling, and identification** of MEP materials * Maintain minimum stock levels and report shortages or excess materials * Coordinate with **procurement, site engineers, and supervisors** * Prepare material reports such as: * Daily / weekly stock reports * GRN (Goods Receipt Notes) * Material issue slips * Conduct regular **physical stock verification** and reconcile with records * Ensure proper handling of **tools, consumables, and spare parts** * Maintain cleanliness and safety within the store area * Ensure compliance with company procedures and site safety rules **Mandatory Requirements** * **Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Qatar – Mandatory** * Experience must be in the **MEP sector** (construction, FM, or service sector projects) * Good knowledge of **MEP materials** (mechanical, electrical \& plumbing items) **Preferred Qualifications** * Diploma / ITI / relevant technical or store management qualification * Knowledge of basic computer operations (MS Excel, inventory software) * Familiarity with material coding and inventory control systems **MEP Materials Knowledge (Required)** * Mechanical materials (pipes, fittings, valves, pumps, accessories) * Electrical materials (cables, conduits, panels, fittings) * Plumbing materials (PPR, HDPE, GI, fixtures) * Tools, consumables, and spare parts **Skills \& Competencies** * Good organizational and record\-keeping skills * Attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and under pressure * Good coordination and communication skills * Honest, disciplined, and responsible approach to work **Work Environment** * Construction / MEP project sites or facility management stores * Standard working hours with flexibility during material deliveries Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From QAR2,500\.00 per month
