Work in a fast-paced environment with strong leadership opportunities Lead and manage a team of: o 3 Senior Developers o 1 Project Manager o 1 Product/Support (PM) * Oversee system architecture, design, and scalability * Define technical roadmap aligned with business objectives * Review and approve code, ensuring best practices and quality standards * Implement and monitor DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and security practices * Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies * Ensure system performance, reliability, and data security * Conduct regular sprint reviews, stand\-ups, and technical discussions * Coordinate closely with stakeholders and management * Mentor and guide team members to improve performance and output * Ensure timely delivery of all technical milestones Technical Requirements * Strong hands\-on experience in Azure Cloud Services * Proven expertise in Flutter development * Solid background in DevOps (CI/CD, security, deployments) * Experience with system architecture and scalable applications * Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and database management Education \& Experience * **Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field** * Minimum 5\+ years of experience in software development * **At least 2\+ years in a Tech Lead / Senior role** * Proven experience managing teams and delivering projects * **Strong leadership and decision\-making skills** * Excellent communication and stakeholder management * **Ability to work in a fast\-paced, startup environment** * Problem\-solving mindset with attention to detail * Engagement Details * **Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable based on performance)** * Working Mode: Remote / Hybrid (within Doha, to be finalized) * **Meetings: Regular via Microsoft Teams / Zoom** Pay: QAR7,000\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
