The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering civil construction works on site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of all activities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage day\-to\-day construction activities at project sites * Supervise site execution, workforce, subcontractors, and site engineers * Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards * Monitor project progress, productivity, and material usage * Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders * Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and site procedures * Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation * Handle site issues, delays, and technical challenges effectively * Control project schedule, cost, and quality standards **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering * 6–10 years of experience in **construction projects** (buildings, infrastructure, industrial works) * Strong site execution and construction management experience * Valid driving license is mandatory * Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site coordination * Oil \& Gas construction experience is a plus * Strong leadership and decision\-making skills Job Types: Contract, Permanent Pay: QAR13,000\.00 \- QAR15,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
