Conduct inspections and assist in planning repair projects. **Job Title:** Civil Technician – Maintenance **Job Purpose:** To support the maintenance and repair of buildings, infrastructure, and facilities, ensuring all civil works are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct routine inspections of buildings, roads, and other structures to identify maintenance needs. * Assist in planning and executing repair and maintenance projects for civil structures. * Prepare work orders, material requirements, and cost estimates for maintenance jobs. * Monitor ongoing maintenance works to ensure quality and adherence to specifications. * Perform minor repairs, patching, plastering, concreting, or finishing works as needed. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for timely completion of maintenance tasks. * Maintain records of maintenance activities, including reports, progress updates, and safety checklists. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during all maintenance activities. * Assist engineers in evaluating structural conditions and recommending preventive maintenance plans. **Qualifications:**. * Knowledge of building materials, construction, and maintenance techniques. **Skills \& Competencies:** * Strong problem\-solving and practical skills for maintenance tasks. * Ability to interpret drawings, plans, and repair instructions. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Attention to detail and ability to prioritize maintenance tasks. * Physically capable of performing site inspections and minor repair work. **Experience:** * Minimum 1\-2 years of experience in building or facility maintenance. * Hands\-on experience in civil repair, finishing works, or preventive maintenance is preferred.
