Salary \& Benefits * Competitive monthly salary: QAR 10,000 – 16,000 (based on experience) * Project completion bonuses * Health insurance coverage * Paid annual leave and public holidays * Transportation allowance or company vehicle (if applicable) * Professional development and certification support * Long\-term career growth in engineering project management Work Schedule * Full\-time position * 8–10 hours per day * 6 days per week * Site visits and office coordination required Key Responsibilities * Manage electrical engineering projects from planning to completion * Review and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams * Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations * Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems * Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation * Conduct site inspections and quality control checks * Resolve technical issues during project execution * Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates * Support procurement of electrical materials and equipment Skills for This Role * Strong knowledge of electrical systems and engineering principles * Project management and coordination skills * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics * Experience with low\-voltage and high\-voltage systems * Electrical design and installation understanding * Problem\-solving and analytical thinking * Communication and stakeholder coordination skills * Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards * Time management and multitasking abilities * Familiarity with engineering software (AutoCAD, ETAP is a plus) Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field * Proven experience in electrical project engineering or site engineering * Experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects preferred * Strong technical and problem\-solving abilities * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines * Willingness to work on\-site and travel between project locations About the Company **GunsoTeknik Engineering** is a growing engineering and construction solutions provider in Qatar specializing in electrical systems, infrastructure development, and project execution.
