Career growth and development opportunities **Engineering Coordinator** MQ Projeta Engenharia LLC Location: Lusail **Position Overview** MQ Projeta Engenharia LLC is seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Engineering Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between project teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient project workflows. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate daily engineering activities and project schedules to ensure timely delivery. * Serve as the communication link between engineers, project managers, contractors, and clients. * Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and technical records. * Track project progress, identify potential delays, and assist in resolving issues. * Support procurement processes by coordinating material requests and vendor communications. * Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes. * Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements. * Assist in budget tracking and cost control activities. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. * 3–5 years of experience in engineering coordination or project support. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. * Familiarity with engineering documentation and workflows. **Preferred Skills** * Experience working in construction or infrastructure projects. * Knowledge of scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project). * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, multicultural environment. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work on high\-profile engineering projects * Collaborative and professional work environment * Career growth and development opportunities Pay: Up to QAR660,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
