At Numericable Telecom, you will supervise field teams, ensure quality workmanship, and support the rollout and optimization of modern telecom infrastructure across key sites. Salary \& Benefits * Competitive monthly salary: QAR 6,500 – 10,500 (based on experience) * Performance\-based incentives * Health insurance coverage * Paid annual leave and public holidays * Transportation allowance or company vehicle (if applicable) * Overtime pay for field emergency work (as applicable) * Training and certification support in fiber optic technologies * Career growth into senior telecom or network operations roles Work Schedule * Full\-time position * 8–10 hours per day * 6 days per week * Field\-based role with site travel and occasional emergency support Key Responsibilities * Supervise fiber optic installation, splicing, and termination works * Lead field teams to ensure project completion on time and within standards * Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks * Troubleshoot fiber optic network faults and signal issues * Ensure proper testing using OTDR and other fiber testing equipment * Review and interpret fiber network plans and technical drawings * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients * Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site * Ensure compliance with telecom safety and installation standards * Prepare daily progress reports and technical documentation Skills for This Role * Strong knowledge of fiber optic systems and telecom networks * Fiber splicing, termination, and testing (OTDR experience) * Field supervision and team leadership skills * Ability to read telecom network drawings and schematics * Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills * Knowledge of structured cabling and FTTH systems * Understanding of telecom installation standards * Strong communication and coordination skills * Problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities * Time management and site organization skills Requirements * Diploma or technical certification in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field * Proven experience in fiber optic installation or supervision roles * Hands\-on experience with fiber testing and splicing equipment * Ability to manage field teams and project activities * Strong understanding of telecom network infrastructure * Willingness to work in field environments and travel to sites About the Company **Numericable Telecom** is a telecommunications company in Qatar specializing in fiber optic network deployment, broadband infrastructure, and connectivity solutions.
