**Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced and responsible **Foreman** to supervise and coordinate on\-site construction activities. The Foreman will ensure that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage daily construction activities at the site * Lead and coordinate workers, technicians, and subcontractors * Ensure work is executed as per drawings, instructions, and quality standards * Allocate tasks to workers and monitor productivity * Ensure compliance with safety rules and site regulations * Monitor material usage and prevent wastage * Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers * Report daily progress, manpower, and site issues * Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are available and properly used * Resolve minor technical and workforce\-related issues on site **Required Qualifications \& Skills:** * Diploma/ITI/Trade Certificate or relevant construction experience * Proven experience as a Foreman in construction projects * Strong knowledge of construction methods and site practices * Ability to read basic drawings and follow technical instructions * Good leadership and team management skills * Knowledge of safety standards and site discipline * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Good communication and coordination skills **Preferred Skills :** * Experience in civil, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects * Knowledge of bar bending, shuttering, concreting, and finishing works * Basic reporting and record\-keeping skills Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR5,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have work experience in finishing, Inferior and coating?
