Maintain system reliability and improve support workflows. **IT Support Coordinator** **Exotica IT Solutions LLC (Branch 4\) – Lusail** **Position Summary** The IT Support Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily IT support operations, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues, and coordinating between end\-users and the IT technical team. This role plays a key part in maintaining system reliability, improving support workflows, and ensuring high\-quality service delivery across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and manage all incoming IT support requests through ticketing systems. * Assign and prioritize support tickets to appropriate technical staff. * Monitor ticket progress to ensure timely resolution in line with SLAs. * Provide first\-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. * Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineers or vendors when necessary. * Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and system changes. * Assist in IT asset tracking, inventory control, and equipment lifecycle management. * Support onboarding and offboarding of employees (device setup, access provisioning, etc.). * Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and company procedures. * Generate periodic reports on IT performance, recurring issues, and service improvements. * Coordinate with external service providers and vendors for maintenance and support. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in IT support or service desk coordination. * Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking basics, and common business applications. * Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, or similar). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively. **Preferred Skills** * Basic understanding of ITIL framework. * Experience in corporate or multi\-branch IT environments. * Knowledge of cloud services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.). * Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices. **Work Location** Exotica IT Solutions LLC (Branch 4\) Lusail, Qatar الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
