Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Project Director (Oil \& Gas EPC)** to lead large\-scale engineering projects, oversee compliance frameworks, and align EPC strategies with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver complex oil \& gas projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities * **Project Strategy**: Define and implement EPC frameworks across oil \& gas projects. * **Execution Oversight**: Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. * **Risk Management**: Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and industry\-specific safety requirements. * **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with clients, regulators, and internal teams to align project goals with business objectives. * **Innovation Leadership**: Drive adoption of digital EPC tools, predictive analytics, and smart monitoring systems. * **Performance Monitoring**: Track KPIs, project milestones, and delivery metrics. * **Team Leadership**: Mentor project managers and engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field. * 15\+ years of oil \& gas EPC experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role. * Strong knowledge of **EPC frameworks** and GCC regulatory environments. * Expertise in project execution, risk management, and compliance. * Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem\-solving skills. * Experience in multinational or regional oil \& gas organizations preferred.
