About the Role: West Bay is one of Doha’s most dynamic business districts, and at JHB Projetos Middle East Projects and Engineering WLL, we bring that same level of structure and precision to large scale construction delivery. We specialize in complex infrastructure and commercial developments across Qatar. We are looking for a Senior Construction Manager (m/f/d) who can take full ownership of site execution and delivery excellence. You are not just supervising works on site; you are ensuring every phase of construction is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest international standards. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and act as the key link between engineering, procurement, and project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Site Leadership: Oversee all on site construction activities ensuring execution aligns with project plans, specifications, and timelines. Project Delivery Control: Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and consultants. Safety Compliance: Enforce strict HSE standards and ensure all site activities comply with regulatory requirements. Resource Management: Manage labor, equipment, and materials efficiently to avoid delays and cost overruns. Quality Control: Ensure all construction works meet required quality standards through inspections and corrective actions. Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate progress updates and site challenges clearly to project directors and clients. What We Are Looking For: Experience: 7 to 12 years in construction management with at least 3 years in a senior site leadership role on large scale projects. Project Exposure: Experience in commercial, infrastructure, or high rise developments preferred. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site logistics. Leadership Skills: Ability to manage large multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors effectively. Compliance Focus: Strong knowledge of HSE standards and quality assurance practices.
