With us, you can. **Apply today** . * Review and approve material submittals, mix designs, and samples in compliance with QCS and Ashghal standards. * Supervise on‑site and off‑site materials testing and review laboratory results. * Ensure all construction materials meet project specifications and quality requirements. * Identify non‑conforming materials and ensure corrective actions are implemented. * Conduct site inspections related to material usage, storage, and compliance. * Coordinate with contractors, laboratories, and the supervision team on materials issues. * Maintain materials documentation, approvals, and quality records. * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related discipline. * Minimum 12–15 years of professional experience in materials engineering, preferably on Ashghal infrastructure or roads projects in Qatar. * Strong knowledge of QCS, Ashghal standards, and materials testing procedures. * Proven experience working with engineering consultancies on large‑scale infrastructure projects. * MMUP/UPDA registration is mandatory * Membership in a recognized professional engineering body is an advantage.
