Key Responsibilities **System Architecture Ownership** Design and develop scalable backend systems and APIs. Ensure performance, reliability, and security across all applications. **End to End Development** Build features from concept to deployment, including backend services, frontend components when needed, and integration with third\-party systems. **Code Quality and Best Practices** Write clean, maintainable, and well\-documented code. Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards. **Collaboration** Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver user\-focused solutions. **Performance Optimization** Identify bottlenecks and improve system performance and scalability. What We Are Looking For **Experience** 5 to 8 years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in backend or full stack engineering. **Technical Skills** Proficiency in one or more languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
