**Job Description:** We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented **Site Engineer (Civil)** to manage and oversee construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise day\-to\-day construction activities at the site * Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications * Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams * Monitor project progress and report daily site activities * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards * Prepare and maintain site records, measurements, and reports * Coordinate with the planning, procurement, and quality control teams * Identify and resolve site\-related technical issues * Assist in material planning and inventory management * Support project engineers and project managers in execution and reporting **Required Qualifications \& Skills:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or Diploma in Civil Engineering) * Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and procedures * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs * Familiarity with site safety practices and quality standards * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word), and project documentation * Strong communication and coordination skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Willingness to work on\-site and adapt to project requirements **Preferred Skills (Optional):** * Experience in residential/commercial/infrastructure projects * Knowledge of billing, quantity estimation, and bar bending schedules * Experience with project management or construction software Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to QAR8,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have work experience as leading a site team?
