Opportunity to work on industrial and infrastructure projects **Job Description** We are looking for experienced and physically fit **Steel Erectors** to join our construction team in Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, aligning, and securing structural steel components for buildings, industrial plants, warehouses, and infrastructure projects while following safety standards and project specifications. **Responsibilities** * Install and erect structural steel components such as beams, columns, trusses, platforms, and frames. * Read and understand erection drawings, blueprints, and site instructions. * Align and bolt steel members accurately according to project requirements. * Work with cranes, riggers, and lifting teams during steel installation activities. * Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment when required. * Inspect steel structures for alignment, stability, and safety compliance. * Perform height work safely using proper PPE and fall protection equipment. * Coordinate with supervisors, fabricators, and site engineers for smooth project execution. * Follow company safety procedures and toolbox talk instructions at all times. * Assist in site preparation, unloading, and positioning of steel materials. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Steel Erector in construction, industrial, or oil \& gas projects. * Ability to read structural and erection drawings. * Knowledge of lifting, rigging, and safe installation procedures. * Physically fit and comfortable working at heights. * Familiarity with construction tools and equipment. * Understanding of workplace safety standards and PPE usage. * GCC experience will be an advantage. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
