As we expand, we are seeking a skilled **Video Streaming Engineer** to join our team and optimize our streaming infrastructure. Role Overview The **Video Streaming Engineer** will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining video streaming systems to ensure reliable, scalable, and high\-performance content delivery. This role requires strong technical expertise in streaming technologies, networking, and media encoding. Key Responsibilities * Design and manage video streaming infrastructure for live and on\-demand content. * Implement encoding, transcoding, and adaptive bitrate streaming solutions. * Optimize video delivery across multiple platforms and devices. * Monitor streaming performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime. * Collaborate with developers, content teams, and network engineers to integrate streaming solutions. * Ensure compliance with industry standards for video quality and security. * Stay updated on emerging streaming technologies and recommend improvements. * Document workflows and provide technical support to internal teams. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. * 3–6 years of experience in video streaming engineering or broadcast technology. * Strong knowledge of streaming protocols (HLS, DASH, RTMP, WebRTC). * Experience with media servers (Wowza, Nginx RTMP, Red5\) and CDNs. * Proficiency in video encoding/transcoding tools (FFmpeg, AWS Media Services). * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization. * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, innovation\-driven environment.
