Summary: Seeking experienced Aircraft Mechanics (LAE) to perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance activities under supervision, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Work with commercial aircraft types like Airbus A320/A350/A380, Boeing B777/B787 We are seeking experienced and skilled **Aircraft Mechanics (LAE)**. The successful candidates will perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance activities under the supervision of Licensed Aircraft Engineers, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with approved maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards. Preference will be given to candidates with **Base Maintenance and heavy maintenance experience**, particularly those with exposure to **C\-Checks** and multiple commercial aircraft types. Key Responsibilities * Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance activities. * Remove, install, inspect, repair, and replace aircraft components and systems. * Carry out servicing, lubrication, routine maintenance, and inspection tasks. * Perform functional and operational testing of aircraft systems and components. * Support troubleshooting and defect rectification activities under the supervision of Licensed Aircraft Engineers. * Read and interpret Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM), engineering orders, task cards, IPC, and other technical publications. * Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in accordance with approved maintenance data and company procedures. * Accurately complete maintenance documentation and task records. * Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and serviceable condition. * Support aircraft turnaround and operational maintenance requirements. * Follow all applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. * Work effectively as part of a maintenance team and support operational deadlines. RequirementsEssential Requirements * Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance, Trade Qualification, or equivalent technical qualification. * Minimum **3 years of aircraft maintenance experience**. * Hands\-on experience in aircraft maintenance, inspection, servicing, component removal and installation, and defect rectification. * Good knowledge of aircraft maintenance practices, procedures, and safety standards. * Ability to use aircraft maintenance tooling, test equipment, and technical manuals. * Good command of written and spoken English. * Ability to work under pressure and meet maintenance and operational deadlines. * **B2 Liscence is Mandatory** Preferred Requirements * Experience in **Base Maintenance**, particularly heavy maintenance activities and **C\-Checks**. * Experience working in a commercial airline, MRO, or Part\-145 maintenance environment. * Hands\-on maintenance experience on one or more of the following aircraft types: **Airbus:** A320, A350, A380 **Boeing:** B777, B787 * Experience across multiple aircraft types will be highly preferred. * Apprenticeship or formal hands\-on aircraft maintenance training is an advantage.
