This role functions as the technical lead for specific equipment packages, overseeing the process from conceptual design to installation and commissioning.** **Key Responsibilities** * **Design \& Technical Documentation:** Prepare technical specifications, data sheets, and, and P\&IDs (piping and instrumentation diagrams) for mechanical packages. * **Vendor Management:** Evaluate vendor offers, conduct technical bid evaluations (TBE), and approve vendor drawings and documents. * **Project Execution \& Procurement:** Coordinate with procurement teams for timely purchase orders, monitor fabrication progress, and perform inspections or Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT). * **Interdisciplinary Coordination:** Collaborate with piping, civil, and electrical teams to manage 3D model reviews, clash checks, and ensure proper equipment installation. * **Site Support:** Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and startup at the construction site. * **Compliance \& Safety:** Ensure all equipment complies with industry standards (e.g., ASME, API, TEMA, PED) and safety regulations.
