Summary: Seeking an experienced Fire Door Estimator to prepare detailed cost estimates, analyze project requirements, and coordinate with teams for fire-rated steel and wooden doors. Highlights: 1. Support sales and project teams during negotiations and clarifications Responsibilities: * Prepare detailed cost estimates for fire\-rated steel and wooden doors. * Review tender drawings, specifications, door schedules, and BOQs. * Analyze project requirements including fire rating, hardware, ironmongery, and finishing. * Coordinate with production and suppliers for material pricing. * Prepare technical submittals and compliance sheets. * Attend pre\-bid meetings and conduct site visits when required. * Support sales and project teams during negotiations and clarifications. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fire doors estimation. * Strong knowledge of fire\-rated doors, hardware, and relevant international standards (BS, UL, NFPA). * Experience in Qatar market and Civil Defense requirements is an advantage. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. * Strong analytical, costing, and communication skills.
