In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of advanced GIS solutions to support the management and maintenance of road networks in the region. * Design and implement GIS\-based solutions for road network analysis, asset management, and maintenance planning * Develop and maintain spatial databases for road infrastructure and related assets * Create high\-quality maps, reports, and data visualizations to support decision\-making processes * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to integrate GIS data with other systems and workflows * Manage GIS projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality results * Stay current with emerging GIS technologies and industry best practices in road O\&M * Ensure data quality and accuracy through rigorous quality control processes **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geomatics, Geography, or a related field; Master's degree preferred * Minimum of 5 years of experience in GIS, with a focus on roads and infrastructure projects * Advanced proficiency in GIS software such as ArcGIS and QGIS * Demonstrated ability to design and manage spatial databases * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with attention to detail * Willingness to work on\-site in Doha, Qatar, and travel as required for project needs
