Lead digital transformation initiatives and process automation **Head of Digital Operations** **Job Purpose:** Lead and manage the company’s digital operations to ensure digital system efficiency, business continuity, enhanced user experience, and support for digital transformation initiatives—thereby strengthening performance and growth in the Qatari market. **Key Duties and Responsibilities:** * Formulate and implement a digital operations strategy aligned with corporate objectives. * Oversee the operation and maintenance of digital systems, applications, and electronic platforms. * Optimize operational performance of systems and ensure system availability and reliability. * Manage digital infrastructure in collaboration with IT teams. * Lead digital transformation initiatives and process automation. * Analyze operational data and make decisions based on key performance indicators (KPIs). * Ensure information security and compliance with cybersecurity standards. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, technical support, security, digital marketing). * Manage technology service providers and external partners. * Develop digital operations policies, procedures, and best practices. * Lead and develop the digital operations team. **Qualifications and Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). * Minimum 8–12 years of experience in digital operations or IT, including 3–5 years in a leadership role. * Experience managing digital systems, infrastructure, and cloud services. * Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL or DevOps. * Experience in cybersecurity and digital risk management. * Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability. * Proficiency in English (Arabic is an added advantage). **Required Skills:** * Technical and managerial leadership * Strategic thinking * Operations management and performance optimization * Solving complex problems * Communication and teamwork **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * System uptime * Incident response time * User satisfaction * Success rate of digital transformation initiatives * Operational cost efficiency **Working Conditions:** * Full-time position * Fast-paced digital work environment * May require working outside regular hours during emergencies * Coordination with regional or international teams Employment Type: Permanent Salary: QAR٣٣٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ per month Work Location: On-site
