Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **IT Project Director** to lead enterprise\-wide technology projects, oversee governance frameworks, and align IT strategies with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of compliance and innovation. Key Responsibilities * **Project Strategy**: Define and implement IT project frameworks across digital transformation initiatives. * **Execution Oversight**: Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. * **Risk Management**: Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and cybersecurity frameworks. * **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with clients, regulators, and internal teams to align project goals with business objectives. * **Innovation Leadership**: Drive adoption of digital project management tools and advanced IT methodologies. * **Performance Monitoring**: Track KPIs, project milestones, and delivery metrics. * **Team Leadership**: Mentor project managers and engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field. * 15\+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role. * Strong knowledge of **IT frameworks** and GCC digital environments. * Expertise in project execution, risk management, and compliance. * Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem\-solving skills. * Experience in multinational or regional technology organizations preferred.
