We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of technology projects for internal teams and client organisations. The successful candidate will manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and stakeholder expectations from initial requirements through implementation and handover. This role is suited to a structured and commercially aware technology professional who can coordinate technical and non\-technical teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to agreed quality standards. Key Responsibilities **Project Planning:** Develop detailed project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, budgets, resources and deliverables. **End\-to\-End Delivery:** Manage technology projects from initiation and requirements gathering through implementation, testing, deployment and closure. **Stakeholder Management:** Maintain clear communication with clients, senior managers, technical teams, vendors and other project stakeholders. **Requirements Coordination:** Work with business analysts and technical teams to confirm project requirements, priorities and acceptance criteria. **Team Leadership:** Coordinate software developers, infrastructure engineers, consultants, analysts, testers and third\-party providers. **Schedule Management:** Monitor project progress against agreed schedules and take corrective action when delays or dependencies arise. **Budget Control:** Track project expenditure, resource costs and vendor commitments against approved budgets. **Risk Management:** Identify project risks, issues and dependencies and maintain appropriate mitigation and escalation plans. **Scope Control:** Manage change requests and ensure additions to project scope are assessed, documented and approved. **Vendor Coordination:** Manage relationships with technology suppliers, implementation partners and service providers. **Quality Assurance:** Ensure project deliverables meet documented technical, operational and business requirements. **Testing and Deployment:** Coordinate user acceptance testing, implementation activities, production releases and post\-deployment support. **Governance:** Maintain project documentation, decision logs, risk registers, status reports and steering committee materials. **Progress Reporting:** Provide regular updates on project status, budget, risks, milestones and key decisions. **Resource Management:** Coordinate internal and external resources and ensure appropriate capacity is available throughout the project. **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities to improve delivery methods, project governance and internal technology processes. **Project Handover:** Ensure completed solutions are properly documented, accepted and transferred to operational support teams. What We Are Looking For * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project delivery, including experience managing complete project lifecycles. * Experience delivering software implementation, infrastructure, cloud, enterprise systems or digital transformation projects. * Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder communication. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams and external vendors. * Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid project delivery methods. * Ability to prepare project plans, reports, budgets and governance documentation. * Strong analytical, organisational and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. * Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com or similar project management tools. * Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. * Arabic language skills are an advantage. * Previous experience working with clients in Qatar or the Gulf region is advantageous. الراتب المدفوع: QAR١٥٦٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
