Opportunity to work with a professional organization committed to excellence **Lead Electrical Engineer** IONCL LLC – Doha, Qatar Location: West Bay, Al Jazeera Tower, 15th Floor, Doha Salary: QAR 33,000 per month IONCL LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will lead electrical engineering operations, oversee technical project execution, and ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of electrical systems across company projects and facilities. Key responsibilities include managing electrical design and engineering activities, supervising installation and maintenance operations, reviewing technical specifications and drawings, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements. The Lead Electrical Engineer will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support project planning, system optimization, troubleshooting, and successful project delivery. The role also involves overseeing electrical testing and commissioning activities, monitoring project schedules and budgets, providing technical guidance to engineering staff, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and system reliability. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, with extensive experience in electrical engineering, industrial operations, or large\-scale infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of power distribution systems, electrical design software, control systems, and international electrical standards is essential. Professional engineering certifications and project management experience are highly desirable.
