This role is responsible for promoting products or services, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads through various marketing channels. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels * Manage social media accounts, content calendars, and audience engagement * Create marketing materials such as emails, blogs, ads, and promotional content * Conduct market research and analyze trends, competitors, and customer behavior * Monitor and report on campaign performance (KPIs, ROI, engagement metrics) * Support SEO/SEM initiatives and website optimization * Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies * Assist in organizing events, promotions, and product launches * Maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts * Manage marketing databases and CRM tools **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field * 2–5\+ years of experience in marketing or a related role * Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO, paid ads) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Creative thinking with strong attention to detail * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data * Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, email platforms) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR18,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
