The successful candidate will be responsible for executing high\-quality masonry work in line with our commitment to delivering innovative, end\-to\-end construction solutions for commercial, residential, and creative living spaces. The Mason will play a key role in ensuring durability, precision, and aesthetic excellence across all projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform bricklaying, block work, plastering, and concrete finishing as per project specifications. * Read and interpret construction drawings, layouts, and plans. * Measure and cut materials to required sizes using hand and power tools. * Ensure alignment, leveling, and structural integrity of masonry work. * Repair and maintain existing masonry structures when required. * Mix mortar, cement, and other materials in proper proportions. * Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other construction team members to meet project deadlines. * Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area. * Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Mason in construction projects (commercial/residential preferred). * Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools. * Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints. * Physical stamina and ability to work in various site conditions. * Good attention to detail and workmanship quality. * Basic understanding of safety regulations in construction sites.
