Ensure designs comply with standards and client specifications We are seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented **Mechanical Draftsman** with expertise in mechanical systems HVAC, plumbing ,….etc , and proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to prepare accurate technical drawings, schematics, and designs for mechanical systems in projects. * Create detailed mechanical drawings and layouts for HVAC and plumbing systems using AutoCAD and BIM software. * Ensure designs comply with relevant standards, codes, and client specifications. * Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems into overall project designs. * Identify and resolve conflicts or clashes in BIM models. * Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including shop drawings, as\-built drawings, and bill of quantities (BOQs). * Update designs based on revisions, feedback, or site conditions. * Provide technical support to project teams during design and construction phases. * Assist in the preparation of design reports, schedules, and presentations. **Technical Expertise:** * Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software (Revit). * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, and plumbing system designs. **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in drafting mechanical systems. **Soft Skills:** * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
