You will play a key role in maintaining network uptime, responding to incidents, and supporting mission\-critical infrastructure across enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities * Monitor network performance, availability, and system alerts in real time (24/7 NOC environment) * Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, outages, and performance issues * Escalate complex technical issues to Tier 2/3 engineering teams when required * Perform first\-line diagnostics on routers, switches, firewalls, and servers * Maintain accurate incident logs and documentation in ticketing systems * Support configuration checks and basic network changes under supervision * Ensure SLA compliance and timely incident resolution * Collaborate with internal IT teams and service providers * Follow ITIL\-based incident and problem management processes Required Skills \& Qualifications * 1–3\+ years of experience in NOC, IT support, or network operations * Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing fundamentals * Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios) * Basic experience with Cisco or similar networking equipment * Understanding of Windows/Linux server environments is an advantage * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills * Ability to work in shift\-based environments (including nights/weekends if required) * Good communication skills in English What We Offer * Competitive salary package with performance\-based growth * Structured career development in networking and cybersecurity * Hands\-on experience with enterprise\-grade infrastructure * Supportive and collaborative technical team environment * Opportunity to work with international clients and systems Why Join EClockwise Enterprise Networks?
