Collaborates with internal teams and vendors for efficient service delivery **Job Summary:** The NOC Engineer is responsible for network monitoring, troubleshooting, and support for telecom services. The role ensures the stability, security, and performance of network infrastructure by identifying and resolving network issues, coordinating with field engineers, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** 1\. Network Monitoring \& Management: Monitor network performance using specialized tools and software. Ensure the telecom network, including voice, data, and fiber systems, operates optimally. Proactively detect, diagnose, and escalate network issues and alarms. 2\. Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot telecom network outages, latency, and connectivity issues. Collaborate with network engineers and field technicians to resolve hardware and software issues. Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent future issues. 3\. Maintenance \& Support: Execute routine network maintenance tasks like software updates, hardware upgrades, and configuration changes. Support service provisioning, testing, and deployment activities. Liaise with service providers to ensure service\-level agreements (SLAs) are met. 4\. Documentation \& Reporting: Maintain and update network documentation, including configurations and issue resolution procedures. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on network performance and incident trends. 5\. Incident Management: Actively participate in incident response and resolution to minimize service impact. Escalate critical issues to senior engineers or management as necessary. Manage ticketing systems for incident tracking and resolution. 6\. Collaboration \& Communication: Work closely with telecom vendors, service providers, and internal teams for efficient service delivery. Provide updates and information to customers or stakeholders about network performance or service outages. 7\. Security \& Compliance: Ensure the security of telecom infrastructure by following industry\-standard security practices. Perform regular security checks to prevent unauthorized access and maintain compliance with telecom regulations. Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From QAR3,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
