The candidate should be able to lead the Turnaround Planning Team and coordinate closely with QatarEnergy to manage planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of turnaround activities. Key Responsibilities: * Lead turnaround planning team and liaise daily with QatarEnergy. * Develop and maintain turnaround schedules and work programs. * Prepare progress reports, histograms, manpower curves, and S\-curves. * Monitor schedule, progress, delays, manpower, equipment, and durations. * Analyse project performance and highlight deviations or risks. * Maintain planning records and provide required data to QatarEnergy. * Ensure planning deliverables are aligned with project milestones and turnaround objectives. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc. / B.E.) in Engineering with a minimum of 14 years of experience in refinery/petrochemical projects * Strong hands\-on experience in: Primavera P6 \& Microsoft Project (latest versions) * Proficient in planning reports, dashboards, and progress tracking tools. * Strong command of English (spoken \& written).
