Job Summary The Steel Structure Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the fabrication, assembly, and erection of steel structures. The role ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily steel fabrication and erection activities * Read and interpret structural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications * Assign tasks to welders, fitters, machine operators, and helpers * Ensure proper use of tools, machinery, and equipment * Monitor productivity and ensure targets are met * Enforce safety rules and ensure compliance with HSE standards * Inspect work quality (welding, cutting, fitting, alignment) * Coordinate with engineers, QC inspectors, and production teams * Report progress, material needs, and issues to management * Train and guide workers to improve skills and efficiency Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: QAR2,000\.00 \- QAR3,500\.00 per month
