Adherence to Qatar Energy standards **Job Overview:** We are hiring experienced Supervisors and Skilled Trades personnel (Civil, Piping, Steel Erection, Welding, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Rigging, and related roles) for Oil \& Gas projects in Qatar, including Qatar Energy and Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC) facilities. Candidates must have strong site experience, knowledge of Qatar Energy standards, and the ability to work in a safety‑critical environment. **Open Positions:** * Civil Supervisor / Foreman * Piping Supervisor / Foreman * Steel Erection Supervisor / Foreman * Mechanical Supervisor * Electrical Supervisor * Instrument Supervisor * Welding Supervisor * Welders (6G / SMAW / GTAW / FCAW – as applicable) * Pipe Fitters * Structural Fabricators / Erectors * Riggers (Level I / II / III) * Helpers / Skilled Workers (as per project requirement) **Key Responsibilities (Supervisors)** * Supervise daily site activities related to discipline scope (Civil / Piping / Steel / Welding, etc.). * Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications. * Coordinate with project engineers, QA/QC, HSE, and planning teams to achieve targets. * Manage manpower, tools, and equipment efficiently to meet project schedules. * Ensure strict compliance with Qatar Energy / RLIC HSE and security regulations. * Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and daily work planning. * Monitor productivity, workmanship quality, and adherence to procedures. * Report daily progress, manpower status, and site issues to project management. * Support permit\-to\-work (PTW) systems and site access requirements. **Key Responsibilities (Skilled Trades – Welders, Fitters, Riggers, Erectors, etc.)** * Execute assigned tasks safely and efficiently as per supervisor instructions. * Perform work in accordance with approved drawings, WPS, method statements, and safety rules. * Ensure proper use of tools, PPE, and equipment at all times. * Maintain quality of workmanship and follow QA/QC requirements. * Support supervisors in meeting daily and weekly production targets. * Comply with Qatar Energy / RLIC site rules, HSE policies, and access regulations. **Qualifications \& Experience Supervisors** * Minimum 5–8 years of Oil \& Gas site experience, with 2\+ years in a supervisory role. * Prior experience in Qatar Energy / RLIC / Mesaieed / LNG projects preferred. * Strong knowledge of discipline\-specific standards, drawings, and site execution. * Good communication and reporting skills. **Skilled Trades** * Minimum 3–5 years of relevant Oil \& Gas experience. * Valid trade certificates (Welding certificates, Rigging cards, etc.) as applicable. * Experience working in Qatar Energy or similar facilities is an advantage. **Skills \& Competencies** * Strong awareness of HSE practices in Oil \& Gas environments. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Team\-oriented with disciplined work ethics. * Familiarity with Qatar Energy standards and site protocols. **Mandatory Requirements** * Must be currently in Qatar. * Valid QID. * Transferable Visa / NOC. * Immediate or short\-notice availability. * Previous experience in Oil \& Gas projects (mandatory).
