We are seeking a highly qualified **Surveyor with Grade A UPDA certification** to manage and oversee all surveying activities for construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in measurements, compliance with project specifications, and adherence to local authority regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct land, topographic, and construction surveys using modern surveying equipment. * Establish control points, benchmarks, and reference lines for projects. * Verify site layouts, alignments, levels, and dimensions as per approved drawings. * Supervise and review survey works carried out by junior surveyors and survey assistants. * Ensure surveying activities comply with project requirements, QCS standards, and local authority regulations. * Prepare and review survey reports, drawings, and documentation. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors. * Resolve surveying discrepancies and provide technical solutions on site. * Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of surveying instruments. * Support as\-built surveys and final handover documentation. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * **Valid UPDA Grade A Certification (Mandatory).** * Minimum **5–10 years of relevant experience**, preferably in large\-scale construction or infrastructure projects in Qatar. * Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, instruments (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level), and software. * Familiarity with QCS, Ashghal, and local authority requirements. * Ability to manage teams and work independently. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. **Software \& Technical Skills** * AutoCAD and relevant surveying software. * MS Office applications. * GPS and Total Station data processing tools. **Preferred Skills** * Experience working on infrastructure, roads, utilities, or high\-rise projects. * Leadership and mentoring capability. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
