Drive technical roadmap aligned with business objectives and timely delivery. **JOB DESCRIPTION –** **Confidential is seeking a highly capable Tech Lead to drive system enhancement, oversee development processes, and lead a cross\-functional technical team to ensure efficient and scalable delivery.** **Key Responsibilities** **Lead and manage a technical team** **Oversee system architecture, design, and scalability** **Define technical roadmap aligned with business objectives** **Review and approve code, ensuring best practices and quality standards** **Implement and monitor DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and security practices** **Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies** **Ensure system performance, reliability, and data security** **Conduct sprint reviews, stand\-ups, and technical discussions** **Coordinate closely with stakeholders and management** **Mentor and guide team members to improve performance and output** **Ensure timely delivery of all technical milestones** **Technical Requirements** **Strong hands\-on experience in Azure Cloud Services** **Proven expertise in Flutter development** **Solid background in DevOps (CI/CD, security, deployments)** **Experience with system architecture and scalable applications** **Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and database management** **Additional Information** **Local Hiring Only** **Salary: Negotiable** Work Location: In person
