The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strong client relationships, and delivering technical sales solutions for a wide range of architectural and structural steel projects. **Key Responsibilities** **Sales \& Business Development** * Identify and develop new business opportunities within architectural metal and structural steel projects * Promote and sell products such as handrails, balustrades, steel structures, cladding frames, pergolas, and custom metal works * Achieve sales targets and contribute to market expansion in Qatar **Client Relationship Management** * Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and clients * Understand project requirements and propose suitable technical solutions * Attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions **Technical \& Commercial Support** * Prepare quotations, BOQs, and detailed technical proposals * Review tender documents, drawings, and project specifications * Coordinate with design and production teams for accurate costing and solution development **Project Coordination** * Follow up on project progress from inquiry to execution * Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal delivery teams * Support smooth project handover and execution **Market Intelligence** * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities * Provide insights on pricing strategies and customer requirements **Requirements \& QualificationsEducation** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or a related Engineering field **Experience** * 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in **architectural metal or structural steel** * GCC/Qatar market experience is a strong advantage **Technical Knowledge** * Strong understanding of: * Structural steel fabrication and erection * Architectural metal works (handrails, balustrades, cladding, pergolas, decorative metal) * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs **Core Skills** * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Excellent client relationship management * Target\-driven with strong business development capability * Problem\-solving mindset with commercial awareness **Additional Requirement** * Valid **Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR6,000\.00 \- QAR8,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
