Summary: Seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead and supervise engineering teams, overseeing complex electrical, control, ELV, BMS, and HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with international and local regulations, and driving continuous improvement in facility management operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in facility management operations **Duties \& Responsibilities** * Provide leadership and promote teamwork, customer service excellence, and empowerment across the engineering team. * Manage and supervise staff, ensuring effective delegation and performance monitoring. * Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of **electrical systems, control systems, ELV, BMS, and HVAC applications**. * Ensure compliance with **SFG20, ASHRAE, and Kahramaa regulations** for maintenance and technical operations. * Implement safety and legal frameworks including **QCS, HSE Manual, ILO\-OSH, USGBC/GSAS/QSAS sustainability standards, and QCDD requirements**. * Apply international codes such as **NFPA, IEC, and ISO standards** in daily operations. * Monitor quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems. * Conduct risk assessments, audits, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. * Prepare technical reports, compliance documentation, and support project delivery. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives in facility management operations. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. * Certified **UPDA License Holder – Grade A (MME Registration required)**. * Minimum **10\+ years of experience** in electrical engineering, with relevant exposure to **facility management**.
