The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure compliance and promote a safe working environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement HSE management systems and policies. * Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventive measures. * Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company standards. * Provide training and support to staff on HSE practices. * Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports for management. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field. * Minimum of **3\*** years\* experience in HSE roles, with a strong understanding of industry standards. * Certified in HSE management or related certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH). * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. **Salary** * **Hourly** **Rate:** QAR 80 \- QAR 150, based on qualifications and experience.
