Salary \& Benefits * Competitive monthly salary: QAR 6,000 – 10,000 (based on experience) * Health insurance coverage * Paid annual leave and public holidays * Transportation allowance or company transport (if applicable) * Ongoing HSE training and certification support * Career development and promotion opportunities * Stable long\-term employment in the energy sector Work Schedule * Full\-time position * 8–9 hours per day * 5–6 days per week * Site\-based work with field inspections required Key Responsibilities * Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures * Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits * Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions * Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry safety standards * Investigate incidents, accidents, and near\-misses and prepare reports * Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions * Maintain HSE documentation, records, and compliance reports * Support risk assessments and job safety analyses (JSA) * Monitor contractor and employee safety performance on\-site * Promote a strong safety culture across all operational areas Skills for This Role * Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and safety standards * Risk assessment and hazard identification skills * Incident investigation and reporting expertise * Knowledge of OSHA or equivalent safety frameworks * Communication and training delivery skills * Attention to detail and observational skills * Ability to enforce safety procedures on\-site * Emergency response planning and awareness * Documentation and reporting accuracy * Leadership and influencing safe behavior in teams Requirements * Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field * NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification preferred * Proven experience in HSE roles, preferably in energy, construction, or industrial sectors * Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations * Ability to work in field and site environments * Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills About the Company TWC Energy Solutions is a forward\-thinking energy company in Qatar focused on delivering reliable and efficient energy services.
