Ensure quality workmanship and workplace safety **Painter** **Location:** Qatar **Job Type:** Full\-Time **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced Painter to carry out painting and surface protection works within an industrial plant facility. The role helps maintain the condition of equipment, buildings, and structures by applying protective coatings that prevent corrosion, damage, and wear while ensuring a safe working environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, scraping, and surface repairs. * Apply paint, primers, and protective coatings to equipment, pipes, structures, tanks, buildings, and other plant assets. * Protect equipment and structures from corrosion, weather, and general wear and tear. * Inspect surfaces before and after painting to ensure quality workmanship. * Maintain painting tools, equipment, and materials in good condition. * Identify and report damaged, worn, or corroded surfaces that require maintenance or repair. * Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to complete painting activities safely and efficiently. * Follow all company health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements. * Keep records of painting work completed and materials used when required. * Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. **Requirements** **Education** * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Industrial Painting certification or training is an advantage. **Experience** * Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial painting. * Experience with surface preparation and application of protective coatings. * Knowledge of painting tools, equipment, materials, and techniques used in industrial facilities. **Skills \& Competencies** * Good attention to detail and quality. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong commitment to workplace safety. * Physically fit and able to work in different areas of an industrial plant. **Additional Information** * Full\-time position. * Overtime may be required based on operational needs. * Work involves moving between different areas of the plant facility. **Apply now to join our team and help maintain the safety, appearance, and reliability of our plant facilities and equipment.** Work Location: In person
