Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure estimation accuracy **Agricultural Yield Capex Estimator** **Job Description:** Our company is seeking a Capital Expenditure Estimator for Agricultural Production with experience in preparing and analyzing capital costs for agricultural projects, evaluating the feasibility of investments related to agricultural production and crops, and capable of delivering accurate reports to support financial and operational decision-making. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Prepare capital expenditure estimates for agricultural projects and crop development initiatives. * Analyze costs associated with agricultural equipment, infrastructure, irrigation systems, and production. * Assess expected returns and analyze the efficiency of agricultural investment. * Prepare financial reports and estimates related to agricultural production and returns. * Collaborate with engineering, production, and finance teams to ensure estimation accuracy. * Monitor market prices for agricultural materials and equipment, and update cost databases. * Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and agricultural expansion plans. * Ensure compliance with financial standards and company policies. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Finance, Project Management, or a related field. * Experience in cost estimation or financial analysis for agricultural projects. * Strong financial analysis and reporting skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost management systems. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication and organizational skills.
