Work on high-end private villa projects **Role Overview** We are hiring an Electrical Engineer to handle design, approvals, and execution of electrical works for high\-end private villas. The role includes preparing authority\-compliant drawings (Kahramaa), BOQs, and supervising site works to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion. **Key Responsibilities** **Design \& Drawings** * Prepare electrical layouts, load schedules, and detailed drawings for villas * Ensure all drawings comply with Kahramaa regulations and local standards * Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and interior teams **Authority Approvals** * Prepare and submit drawings for Kahramaa approval * Address comments and revise drawings until approval is obtained * Liaise with authorities when required **BOQs \& Estimation** * Prepare BOQs for electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment * Define specifications and support procurement process * Assist in cost estimation and value engineering **Site Supervision** * Supervise electrical works on site (cabling, panels, lighting, etc.) * Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications * Coordinate with contractors and resolve site issues **Quality \& Coordination** * Inspect installations and ensure quality standards are maintained * Coordinate with other trades to avoid clashes and delays * Monitor progress and support timely project delivery **Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering * 3–6 years of experience (preferably in villa/residential projects) * Strong knowledge of Kahramaa regulations and approval process * Experience in electrical design, BOQs, and site supervision * Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design practices * Good communication and coordination skills **Preferred** * Experience in high\-end villa projects in Qatar * Familiarity with load calculations and panel design * Ability to handle projects independently **What We Expect** * Strong technical accuracy and attention to detail * Practical understanding of site execution * Ability to deliver approvals and site works without delays **What We Offer** * Work on premium villa projects * End\-to\-end involvement from design to execution * Growth into a lead engineering role Job Type: Full\-time Education: * Diploma (Required) Work Location: In person
